Putera Jawa Indah is a corporation, established in Surabaya in 1989. Our business is in the distribution of essential foods, such as rice, coffee blends and beans, corn, sugar and flour. We have recently gone through enormous change and our business is growing exponentially. To facilitate this growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and efficient self-starter.
Accounting Supervisor
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
1. Under direct supervision, understands the company's financial and accounting systems, processes, policies and procedures.
2. Prepares account reconciliations, identifies and resolves issues.
3. Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations.
4. Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions.
5. Gathers financial information for report preparation
6. Provide advice, assistance and guidance to other division in the company when necessary
7. Make a good filing/documentation
8. Do any other tasks that might reasonably requested by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable Universities majoring Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Female maximum 32 years old.
- Have experience in performing a variety of general accounting support tasks.
- 1 – 3 years related experiences auditor background will be an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Having good knowledge and experiences with ERP system preferably SAP
- Good communication both in Bahasa Indonesian and also English
- Having team work spirit; motivation to meet deadlines
